Barre Strong (Basic):
This staple barre class will help you achieve toned muscles, core strength and balance. A foundational class that is designed for every body and every fitness level. Focusing on core strength, posture and stability, you’ll move through low-impact, high-repetition exercises that combine elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training. With guided hands-on modifications and progressions, each movement can be tailored to meet your individual needs – whether you’re brand new to barre or a seasoned mover looking to refine your form. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more centered, and energized from the inside out. This moderate-impact class incorporates some cardio to burn calories and fat and intense sculpting work focused on your core. No experience required; all levels welcome.
Barre Sculpt (Intermediate)
Take your barre practice to the next level with this dynamic, intermediate-level class. Barre Sculpt combines the fundamentals of a basic barre workout with targeted sculpting sequences designed to really blast one focus area – such as arms, glutes, thighs or core – while still delivering a total body burn. Using controlled high-repetitions, movement, and optional props, you’ll build strength tone and endurance while maintaining the grace and alignment of the traditional barre. Perfect for those ready to push past the basics and feel sculpted results. Combining toning and stretching movements at the barre and on the floor this low-to-no-impact class emphasizes isometric movement sequences to develop elongated, lean muscles. Utilizing body weight, resistance bands, and light weights with attention to postural alignment and flexibility produces great results. If you want to stretch, tone, and strengthen your body try this class! Some experience required; this is an intermediate class.
Barre Resilience (Advanced)
Built for those ready to challenge themselves, Barre Resilience fuses the grace and precision of barre with the intensity of cardio and strength training. This advanced level class pushes your endurance, tones every muscle group, and elevates your heart rate with powerful sequences designed to build both strength and stamina. Expect a fast-paced workout that tests your limits, boosts resilience – physically and mentally – and leaves you feeling strong, energized and unstoppable. A total body workout combines the fundamentals of Barre with cardio and strength training. The barre exercises are used for support in both static and dynamic movement, which leads to long, lean, sculpted muscles. This coupled with cardio boosts your metabolic rate for increased calorie-burn, and strength training tones and tightens. This hybrid workout burns fat, tones muscles and will push you to your limits! This is an advanced class.
Barre Strong/Zen (Basic)
Find balance in strength and stillness. Barre Zen blends the fundamentals of our core Barre Strong class into a full-body workout that builds strength, stability and alignment. Designed for all fitness levels this class moves at an empowering pace to challenge your body while honoring your limits. You will get the full benefit of a Barre Strong class – focusing on core strength, posture and stability, you’ll move through low-impact, high-repetition exercises that combine elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training. To complete this experience, you’re invited to stay for an optional 15-minute guided meditation – leaving you not only stronger in your body but also calmer and more centered in your mind. No experience required; all levels welcome.
Barre Balance & Tone (Basic)
This class offers a mindful, lower-impact approach to strengthening and stabilizing your body. An excellent lower impact way to focus on your core strength through small, focused movements while building balance through static holds. This workout is an excellent companion to any of our other workouts to enhance your experience or as a stand-alone experience to strengthen your core. The class starts with basic barre movements that incorporate balance and ends with therapeutic stretching to release tension, improve flexibility and you feeling refreshed and restored. Perfect for all levels, Barre Balance & Tone is designed to challenge your muscles in a safe and supportive way and work on your balance – helping you feel stronger, steadier, and more connected with each class.
