Barre Sculpt combines the fundamentals of a basic barre workout with targeted sculpting sequences designed to really blast one focus area – such as arms, glutes, thighs or core – while still delivering a total body burn. 

Using controlled high-repetitions, movement, and optional props, you’ll build strength tone and endurance while maintaining the grace and alignment of the traditional barre. Perfect for those ready to push past the basics and feel sculpted results. 

Combining toning and stretching movements at the barre and on the floor this low-to-no-impact class emphasizes isometric movement sequences to develop elongated, lean muscles. 

Utilizing body weight, resistance bands, and light weights with attention to postural alignment and flexibility produces great results. If you want to stretch, tone, and strengthen your body try this class!

A total body workout combines the fundamentals of Barre with cardio and strength training. The barre exercises are used for support in both static and dynamic movement, which leads to long, lean, sculpted muscles. This coupled with cardio boosts your metabolic rate for increased calorie-burn, and strength training tones and tightens. This hybrid workout burns fat, tones muscles and will push you to your limits! 

This is an advanced class.

Barre Balance, Tone & Stretch

Discover the foundations of barre in this supportive and beginner-friendly class. Balance, Tone & Stretch combines 30 minutes of Barre Strong work with a focus on improving balance and is designed to improve core strength, posture, and stability followed by 20 minutes of deep therapeutic stretching to increase flexibility and mobility.

 
Whether you are new to barre or simply looking for a mindful movement experience, this class offers the perfect blend of grounding strength and feel good stretches. Leave feeling refreshed, aligned, centered, and confident in your movement.

Get ready to turn up the heat. Our Monthly Challenge Classes are 60 minute themed barre experiences designed to bring extra excitement, energy and fun to your workout routine! Each month features leveled-up choreography, creative sequences, and a unique theme that keeps you moving, pushing your limits and having fun. 

Perfect for anyone looking to amp up their workout, explore new challenges, and enjoy a lively atmosphere with great music and community support. Come laugh, sweat and celebrate what your body can do. 

No experience required; all levels welcome. There is a $25 fee for these classes

Soundbath Meditation

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and inner peace with our Sound Bath Meditation experience. This class uses the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other harmonic instruments to gently calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance to the nervous system.

Whether you’re new to meditation or simply seeking a restorative escape from daily stress, this session offers a serene space to reset. Participants are guided into comfortable rest while sound waves wash over the body, helping to quiet busy thoughts, support emotional well-being, and promote a sense of clarity and grounding.

No experience is necessary—just bring a pillow, blanket, an open heart and allow yourself to unwind.
