Susan (me) is the founder, owner, and lead instructor of New Ways Barre, a vibrant barre studio dedicated to helping others transform their bodies and lives through mindful movement. After experiencing the life-changing benefits of barre firsthand — from being unable to touch my toes to mastering the splits — Ifelt compelled to share this transformative practice with others. Barre has not only improved my physical strength and flexibility, it has also deepened my connection with my body and boosted my overall well-being.
With over 10 years of barre experience, I recently became a certified Master Instructor through IBBFA, equipping me with the skills to lead others on their fitness journeys. My mission in creating New Ways Barre is to provide a welcoming space where people can build community, improve their physical fitness, and cultivate a deeper connection with their inner selves.
